ORGANIZATION

Ability to analyze, evaluate, organize, prioritize, strategize and implement a corporate infrastructure.  Adept at producing business plans, set goals and objectives.  Experienced in establishing and running businesses in different locations as well as assessing needs, including funding requirements, for consolidation, expansion, horizontal and vertical integration to achieve success and for continual growth. 

MANAGEMENT

Over 10 years experience as a senior corporate executive spearheading business operations management and being in charge of 2000 members of staff including middle management at regional offices.  Possesses business acumen, adopts a commercial approach and is results oriented.  Very proactive, lateral in thinking, is non-autocratic, has leadership qualities and ‘People’ skills.  Able to perform human resources functions including recruiting, coordinating, appointing, directing, managing and monitoring staff and outside contractors at different levels and positions. Has ability to devise policies, procedures, quality assurance, health and safety documentation.

BUSINESS AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Experienced in carrying out market surveys to assess demand and supply of services or products.  Able to produce cash flow forecasts, trading projections, capital and expenditure budgets, feasibility, appraisal and action plan reports.  Has a flare for creating goodwill, cementing long-term customer relationships and developing external relations with referral sources.   Able to undertake local and national marketing promotion campaigns to generate and increase revenue. Relates to ‘bottom line’ concepts easily and is able to measure accurately profitability.  Has undertaken continual improvement programs to upgrade buildings to comply with statutory authorities’ regulations as well as to maximize business usage for long-term survival.  Can provide quality assurance to maintain customer satisfaction and for accreditation.

COMMUNICATIONS

Very experienced at liaising with local and regional authorities and councils.  Skilled at providing clear, concise, professional verbal and written communications.  Particularly good at negotiating complex transactions and is disciplined at frequently informing all parties concerned including producing reports and memoranda to board of directors, shareholders, banks, receivers and individuals to inform about progress and procedure.  Has natural ability in making speeches, holding seminars, conducting and chairing meetings.

Many years experience in business turnaround to increase trading performance, to improve ‘bottom line’, to recover from insolvency, to save businesses from closure, to minimize expenditure, to eliminate deficiency, to improve efficiency and enhance asset value.
