purpose of business acquisition, new development, expansion, debt consolidation
and refinance. He had been involved in setting lending criteria and
parameters as well as undertaking national and local marketing campaigns for
new business development. He was also successful at problem
solving, troubleshooting, accounts recovery, repossessions and asset
realization to eliminate or mitigate losses.
His main accomplishment was
being senior executive and operations manager of Grampian Corporation for ten
years in charge of over 2000 members of staff and 40 managed and skilled care
facilities with annual revenue of $65,000,000. This was formerly a
property 'sale and leaseback' investment venture capital finance organization
with a home equity lending division before it became a parent and holding
company for a number of trading companies providing skilled and managed care
facilities for The Elderly Infirm, Elderly Mentally Ill and Young Physical
Disabled. He started from repossessing defaulted mortgaged and tenanted
investments businesses and placed them into a trading company, Claremont Homes
then implemented an improvement and remodeling program. From there, he
became operations manager to achieve optimum annual revenue of $20,000,000, net
annual trading operation profit of $2,000,000. He obtained all the
required banking and finance facilities for the company to be able to turn
around its trading performance. After having achieved optimum trading
levels, he became involved in selling each business individually to recover
original capital invested and loan ledger balances to yield $15,000,000.
During the successful trading period of Claremont Homes the profits
provided base capital to support a second subsidiary company of Grampian
Corporation Ltd., Grampian Care to develop 25 new purpose built skilled and
managed nursing long term care facilities. He assisted in the project and
facility management in the building construction phases and after licensing,
became involved in a supporting role its operation management. The annual
revenue achieved was $45,000,000, net annual trading operating profits were
$12,000,000 and gross asset values in excess of $85,000,000, to become the
foremost and largest healthcare corporation with a portfolio of nursing
facilities in
From there, he became an
independent business contracted consultant and was appointment by banks,
receivers, companies and sole business proprietors to carry out diagnostic
surveys, appraisals, feasibility studies and recovery action plans for
businesses. This also included carrying out preliminary insolvency
and liquidation assessments. He had undertaken assignments for business
turnaround, to recover from insolvency and to increase revenue, improve profit
and enhance asset values. He has also carried out national and
local marketing and promotion campaigns to develop new business resulting in
increases in sales and revenue. He has a good understanding of
business management using principles of accountancy, commerce, law, insurance, human resources, appraising properties and
evaluating businesses.

In recent years in The USA, as
there were no suitable opportunities in the healthcare and commercial lending
industries, he has been an underwriter for retail and wholesale single family
residential mortgage companies undertaking permanent and temporary assignments,
as a contractor, full time employee and a consultant for banking corporations,
wholesale lenders, retail mortgage bankers and a mortgage insurance companies.
He has acquired his Direct Endorsement CHUMS ID from HUD to underwrite
FHA government mortgages in 2002. He has been a Regional Operations Manager for
a wholesale lending being in charge of 3 underwriters, 6 processors and 3
account executives. His maximum delegated single signing authority was
$1,000,000. He has taken a retail mortgage banking correspondent lender through
the FHA Lending “Full Eagle” Approval stages by doing their test cases. He also
has experience is FHA, FNMA and FHMLC underwriting
quality control, due diligence, bulk purchasing closed loans for investors,
forensic documentation analysis, statutory and regulatory compliance with
certificates for continuing education in single family mortgage lending
including completion of AllRegs Learning Pass for 16
of their courses. He has used most automated underwriting systems DU, LP, Assetwise, Clout Clues, eMits, ePoint and for conventional prime ‘A’ paper mortgages
and has underwritten to manual guidelines. Also, he has additional
experience in construction permanent loans, ALT-A, non-conforming, Jumbo,
non-prime and sub-prime mortgages lending manual underwriting to individual
guidelines and has used most mortgage software Calyx Point, Genesis, Encompass,
Empower, Loansoft, LMS, LIS, Datatrac, MortgageWare entre, Mortgage Click TMO
and many others.

Interests
He is keen on water sports and has received awards for proficiency
in swimming, life saving, water crafts & diving. He spent his summer
vacations during a two year study period 1981 to 1983 as an exchange student
working as Water Front Counselor on Summer Camps in Pennsylvania and North
Carolina where he was there he took American Red Cross First Aid, Life Saving,
Advance Swimming, Aquatics and Water Safety Instructors courses. In
his youth, he participated in both Chinese and Japanese Martial. He had
also been involved in public speaking events. He has visited many

America and he has always been fond of different foods found around The World
